RIT uses the Authorize.net technology of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt all information sent to the website, protecting that information against disclosure to third parties. RIT implements cookies to store user information and track user activities. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information. Cookies enable RIT to monitor your activity across sessions of interaction between your device and the site.
