RIT Safety Solutions offers a range of search kit bags designed to help firefighters organize, carry and deploy search line equipment in demanding rescue environments. Five configurations are available, giving departments the flexibility to select the bag style and size that best matches their equipment and operational needs.

Options include Chicago-style search bags as well as compact and larger Personal Search Bags. Each configuration is designed with visibility, accessibility and field use in mind, with features varying by bag style.

Chicago Search Bag Features

The Chicago-style search line bags feature durable 1000 denier nylon construction with poly-coated nylon on the bottom to help resist abrasion, cuts and tears. Seams are triple sewn with Tex 138 nylon thread for added durability.

These bags also feature reflective trim for improved visibility. The large Chicago bag includes a breakaway adjustable shoulder strap, along with storage pockets for hand tools or webbing used with a jiffy harness.

Personal Search Bag Options

The Personal Search Bags provide alternate configurations for carrying and managing search line equipment. Available in small and large sizes, these bags feature compact, purpose-built designs with high-visibility reflective trim and attachment features suited to search operations.
