The ISC RP703 Double Progress Capture Pulley is designed for technical rescue, hauling and rope access systems where efficient mechanical advantage and controlled progress capture are required.

The RP703 combines two free-running aluminum pulley wheels with an integrated progress-capture cam positioned below the pulley body. The pulley wheels themselves are non-locking, allowing smooth rope travel, while the capture cam helps prevent loss of progress during hauling operations.

Designed for use with 10–13mm rope, the RP703 features a durable anodized aluminum body and aluminum wheels for strength and dependable performance in demanding rescue environments.
